A. A 4 years old child should eat 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks including variety of fluids like water, fresh juices, curd, buttermilk and coconut water. You can feed oats with nuts, milkshakes with dry fruits, veg sandwich, pan cake, waffle, boiled egg, omelette, bread toast, etc. in breakfast. In lunch and dinner, try to feed rice with dal, chicken soup, khichdi, mixed vegetable soup, chicken and fish curry with rice, chapati with paneer gravy, besan and beetroot cheela, idli-dosa with sambhar, stuffed parantha, etc.
