include whole grains, millets, dals and pulses, milk, paneer, milk shakes, fresh and seasonal fruits and vegetables, egg, chicken fish if non-vegetarian, nuts and dried fruits, healthy fats, adequate water
idli, dosa, porridge, pancake, upma, sheera, poha, etc.
add small mid-meals after 2 hours.
avoid force feeding.
