Curd, paneer, cheese
Eggs and non veg foods.
Add powdered nuts like almonds to baby’s food.
Give top food 3 to 4 meals a day and up to three fourth katori every time. Continue to breastfeed.

Give 3 large portions and 2 small snacks in a day. Give foods like vegetable soups, mashed fruits and vegetables, khichadi, daliya, Chapathi soaked in either dals or milk, sooji kheer and so on. Give sips of water in between meals.
