please advise when to start gym after c-section delivery

A. after delivery you should take rest for first 4 to 5 months with only regular daily walking after completing 6 months you can start with mild exercise and slowly move on for heavy workouts

A. thank you for reaching out to us with this question please note that if you want to start with simple walking after a few months. can you can start with gym after your body is completely rested for six months.
