please advise some testy Iron, Calsium and Vitamin D foods and recipes please, as my beby is girl' is deficient. thank you in advance.

A. Namaste Mom Vitamin D best source is sunlight it helps in calcium absorption as well you can include foods such as dry fruits nut and seeds you can soak raisins over night and along with its water can be given first thing in the morning milk leafy vegetables legumes such as chana rajma lobia etc eggs
