#asktheexpert My baby is iron deficient. Please suggest some iron rich foods.

A. Hi parent Dry fruits , fig especially , jaggery, Spinach etc. Along with that citrus fruits are very necessary to absob the iron from food. Don't over use senitizer anti bacterials and antibiotics. Take sunbath daily Don't use RO water Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 359
