Q.

Please advice some things that may help in bone strength after delivery.

A. kindly see that you are not suffering from any nutritional deficiency like iron folic acid calcium vitamin d and vitamin b12 and take supplements accordingly if there is deficiency. you should have a proper sitting postured as well as sleeping posture which will help in decreasing the pain. for simple pain you can take paracetamol as well as you can take physiothderapy. meet your doctor if it is not improving. advisable to take seasonal fruits and vegetables.

A. hello you should have calcium and vitamin rich food in your diet and along with that you may also need some supplement for which you should check with you doctor and get it prescribed by your doctor and take it accordingly which would be better and also safe and nothing to worry
