POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy2 years agoA. Grade IV placenta is hypermature...your wife needs to keep a very strict count on baby moments...if moments become less she should see her Gynaecologist to get babies heartbeat checked...don't wait till after EDD for delivery
