ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. baby is new born Hi parent give saline nasal drops and steam inhalation with baby rub avoid exposure to cold weather if the problem perissts kindly consult your doctor for proper examination and medication maintain hygeine in the area clean with Luke warm water maintain hydration and keep a track on urine output

Get your baby personally examined by your doctor and seek further advice. Maintain a good personal hygiene and swaddle your baby well with Babyhug swaddle. Good luck and take care.
