baby has phelgm making sounds.. any remedies for phelgm and consitpation.. wat foods to b given for 6month old.. will cerelac cause phelgm

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Add formula milk in porridges. Cow milk or buffaflo milk is not recommended for the babies below one year.

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. In the breakfast u can give cerelac, khichdi, daal ka pani, sooji porridge etc Constipation is common in babies less than one year. As u have started with the solids also give water to ur baby to get relief from constipation. Giving papaya also will help to get relief from constipation

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom. Give indirect steam to ur baby 2-3 times in a day. This will help in liquifying mucus and clear the chest congestion. Also apply baby vicks vaporub on the chest and feet of the baby to get relief from cough. Yes u can give cerelac to ur baby. Once ur baby completes six months then u can start with cerelac, daal ka pani, ripe banana, apple puree, raagi porridge, pumpkin puree etc
