some food like junk food mostly containing maida and oily food can aggravate such condition.
Here the diet modification should be tried first so encourage fibre diet give fruits and vegetable . Avoid excesgs of cows or buffalo milk and maida containing food .
Medications like lactulose , milk of magnesia and Peg (muout ) powderare used .
In emergency situation soap water witbh finger stimulation in rectal area and glycerine suppository can be tried .
