Your child is not maintaining proper hygiene habit habits with the hand of the food that the child is having sometimes kids have this habit of picking up from here and then and in the school also sometimes I don’t clean the hands so it could be just associated with that I would recommend to maintain proper hygiene habits and just check with your doctor once
