Q.

#Pediatrics When do babies make back and forth communication. My 7.5 month old smiles and laughs in response. she makes aa sound alone. however when we try to join her making same sound she either stops.or does not look at us. is this something to worry. how can we encourage communication considering she is always busy trying to pull herself up or moving to get some toy or playing with it.
