Jasmine KaurTrying To Conceive3 years agoA. Hello dear parent, we'll both are equally good. Uou should guve these oly after child turns 2 years of age. So not give before that age. Also give milk like banana shake, strawberry shake, Chikoo shake etc to your baby. As they are healthy and helps in weight gain too
