Q.

Past few days I've started to have backache and leg pain. is it because of me breastfeeding the baby? If yes should I take calcium tablets?

A. Calcimax you can take it is a very good one to take apart from that you should actually check with your doctor to conduct a deficiency test to know what deficiency you are going through and take medicine medicines according to that whatever supplement is required
