A. Hello dear
First of all every human is a different individual,your body will respond differently to every situation and that involves the post partum changes.
So don’t compare with your friends.
We need to know if you have sciatica or not,
Also for a couple
Of years after giving birth there will be body pains and joint pains.
That’s why it is advisable to maintain a gap
Of 3 years between 2 pregnancies as that is the time required by the body to completely recover from
Pregnancy trauma.

A. you take rrest n eat calcium. you can feed egg, paneer soya, halwa, banana. a great variety if home made stuff guarantee weight gain plus health as well. that ensures appropriate milestone in time for babies. ok.

See you actually don’t go through any kind of physiotherapy that is absolutely correct this back pain in leg when is going to subside over the period this mostly is going to happen when a woman has had a C-section delivery and during that time it is considered completely normal so as of now you do not worry about it gradually over the period the pain will start subsiding AnilWrite Your Answer Here
