Most important thing do not compare your child with any1 else as every children has his or her own weight gaining pattern
If the child is active, alert and not falling sick often then do not worry about the weight
But if the child has lost some weight then improve the diet of the child
Follow small and frequent meal pattern
Improve the nutrient content of the meal rather than increasing the quantity of food.. add ghee, cheese, panner, puréed vegetables in the aata
Add green leafy vegetables , fruits like banana, chikoo, avacado , dry fruits, milk and milk products, eggs, oats, ragi in the diet of the child
Reduce biscuits, chips and junk

Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered
Don't use RO water as it's demineralized
Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
Give her more probiotics millets and citrus fruits.
