ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist5 years agoA. you can't clean these marks completely but you can lighten them to a great extent. massage area with coconut oil twice a day for 15 minutes. apply fresh aloe Vera gel daily for half an hour and then wash with Luke warm water. you can also use market available anti stretch marks products as bio oil or mama earth anti stretch marks cream
