ExpertDilshad AnsariNutritionist5 years agoA. hi.. when your pregnant and lactating there are different stages of hair now your hair is in falling stage hence it will fall but to make sure that the fall is reduced you can have high protein diet with lots of fruits and vegetables and you can take biotin supplement after consulting a doctor
