#ParentingClinic #Hairfall i am badly having hair problm,,, lots of hair falll even having oily scalp with dandruff n frizzy,,rough ,,,dry hair. what shud i do for thisss

ExpertDr.Rasika ThosarPaediatric Intensivist6 years agoA. h hairfall after delivery is normal due to hormonal changes. however try and have nutritious diet rich in protein, continue taking calcium supplements while breastfeeding, stay hydrated. this will help in prevention of hair loss. also avoid excess use of shampoo, massage oil regularly to stimulate blood circulation around hair roots. keep patience .

Nihita mittalMom of a 8 yr 2 m old boy6 years agoA. Just because of dryness probably that you're having helpful I would recommend you to go for deep conditioning and hair spa treatment at regular intervals apply hair oil at regular intervals
