Shabnam SheikhMom of 2 children5 years agoA. hii....it is important to keep the diaper area clean and dry to prevent nappy rash. After every nappy change was with warm water and dry with a soft cloth, leave the genitals open for sometime, then apply coconut oil to prevent rashes. Change nappy as soon as it gets soiled to prevent rashes. Coconut oil is very effective in reating diaper rashes
