paracetamol 4 yrs kids ko kitne din khila sakte hai actually use sir pe chot lage hai to docter ne di hai . 10 din tak paracetamol se koi harm hota hai kya?

Absolutely you’re not meant to give paracetamol like this for 10 days you should actually give it for three days when it is fever or maximum five days till the time the fever does not subside but 10 days is too much I would recommend you to kindly crosscheck with your doctor
