Try feeding on demand, burping after every feed, gently massaging the tummy, and swaddling for comfort. If the baby has a tight tummy, pulling legs, or excessive gas, colic may be the cause—gripe water or colic drops (after consulting a doctor) may help. Keep the baby in an upright position after feeding and try soothing methods like rocking, white noise, or skin-to-skin contact. If the crying is intense, persistent, or accompanied by fever or vomiting, consult a pediatrician immediately.
