Bonnisan five drops of this medicine that you can give your child must be crying due to extreme stomach pain or gas issues if you do not have anything available take warm water add some hing into that and applied on the stomach that will help currently if you don’t have any medicine available I’m sure you’ll have paracetamol give that but the medicine I’m suggesting you at the first keep it handy you will need it almost every day
