Our child has been constipated. He has a bowel movement only once every two days. What can we do to help?

Apply some castor oil in the navel before sleeping and you can also give about 30 ML of prune juice before sleeping in the night that would be great and start the day with a glass of warm water and generally try to include plenty of fluids and fibre in the diet
