Our baby has no breast milk for the fifth month. Tetra is taking a lot.

.Formula is better as it is made similar to breast milk.

mam,as a child is of 2+ age ,you can offer cow's milk.
no problem.
so start with small quantity and check whether your child is comfortable with it or not.
