Q.

Our baby gets its 1st dose of DPT vaccine today. IF there is swelling on the injection site it is good to apply ice on it in the cold environment.

A. Hello, your baby boy is 1 month old and you are going to give him a vaccinations and if he gets a swelling at injection site then you can apply ice cube at injection site

A. it is common for a baby to get swelling pain and fever after DPT vaccine so do not worry if not ice then you can apply cold water dipped in a cloth
