one side breast milk supply is very low how can I increase

A. Hai good morning !! Give feeding from both sides. The more baby latches the more milk produces,so taking less feed from one side results on reduction in supply. Along with this include lactating foods in diet. Milk and diary products, rusk, roasted bread, papaya, chikoo, bottle gourd, Poppy seeds, garlic kheema, garlic milk.
