One of the eyes of my baby is having a mild red color. What is this?

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and sometimes at this age baby injured himself by his finger and pelase maintain proper hygiene and clean with luke warm water if it stay red for next twelve hours then evaluate once with doctor in person. take care
