one n half yr baby girl is not gaining weight ...she is eating although coundnt...what is reason sir

NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello some kids are slow weight gainers and if the baby is active then weight is not a problem and make sure to give your child healthy and nutritious food in the diet and also give baby small portion of food frequently instead of one large meal at a time and include fruits and vegetables dry fruits and dairy products
