#asktheexperts my 3 year 4 month old twins weighing 13.3 are not gaining weight...although diet is good n nutritious....what may be reason..

Stop sugary foods, fried foods, bakery foods, Biscuits , noodles chips chocolate

Give your baby a well balanced healthy diet and keep hydrated all through the day. Include all food groups in your child’s diet that is staple in your family. Good luck and take care.
