Q.
ny daughter is 3 month old, and i breast feed her for only one month, as i extract my milk and fed her due to my flat and inverted nipple. and suddenly my milk supply have stopped and is there any chance to relact my baby now?

Even I had faced the same problem.But everyone start to tell me you have low milk supply so we should start formula feed. I am so depressed and even I thought milk supply s not matchung by baby's demand. i feel guilty when she used to cry, but I never quit pumping. pump every two hours intially at first milk supply will be very low but when u follow a pumping schedule.. milk supply will gradually increase.. first give 10-30 ml in bottle next switch to your breast.. slowly your baby will breastfeed.. milk supply will only increase by demand... so pump frequently

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Milk is very important for babies specially in the initial days of life breast milk is very important and should be given exclusively till 5-6 months of age .
formula milk should be given only as a substitute to breast milk if due to any reason it is not sufficient to fulfill the demand of the baby. according to the age different stage of formula milk are there like stage 1 till 6 months of age stage 2 from 6 months to 12 months and thereafter stage 3 .
after ogfne year cows milk should be started and any kind of health drink powder in milk should be used only after the completion of two years of age .

Have lactare tablets to increase your breast milk supply... U can use nipple shield to feed ur baby as u have flat and inverted nipples. U Can buy#Babyhug nipple shield. The more u feed the more milk production will be there.
