As your baby is of 4 months, kindly give exclusive breastfeeding. it is best to give exclusive breastfeeding to baby for complete 6 months as it has all required nutrients for baby's growth and health. feed baby on regular intervals / demand, maintain good hygiene, avoid force feeding and overfeeding.

POOJA GOSWAMIMom of 2 children4 years agoA. It is recommended to introduce semi solid foods in baby's diet only between 5-6 months as by then, their digestive and immune system develop a bit. You can start by giving lentil water, khichdi, pureed apple and pear, mashed banana, ragi and sooji porridge, mixed vegetable soup, etc. Start by feeding 4-6 spoons per serving twice a day.
