Now my kid age is 7 month running. Can we give cow milk as my feeding is not sufficient along with idli and banana. Also is Nestle Cerelac of any flavour is best or home made uggu in telugu ? . Uggu recepie is flour 1 cup rice with half cup quantity of moong dal with pinch of jeera and salt. Can you please clarify the above 2 questions ?

A. avoid giving animal milk before 1 year of age.. but you may use cow milk in preparation of kheer, porridge.. etc. I will advice you to give uggu, it's better than cerelac.
