now its past 4 months my delivery, via c section and there is no much pain, and I m still due with my menstrual cycle. is it advisable to get in relation with my husband now

A. yes you can try yo use a good contraception as well as try to exercise light walk.till six months.then later as much.Try to not miss on any medicine or its dose and take up lots of water and fluids on daily basis .
