now im 7mnth aftr c sec...my gynicin 5mnth told stitcges are heald and ok i simply asked her whethr can i do wrks all now she said yeah ok..bt even now i still hav a doubt abt doing works .can i do all wrks noww plz let me know..

also take proper care of your diet and take proper rest also take proper care of your little one.
do walking regularly and yoga.
start your day with honey water.
