now iam pregnant with my second baby i have sugar level 139 without fasting how can I reduce this without tablet

Namaste Mom Take care of your diet and prefer to avoid heavy meals, reduce your carbohydrate intake but dont completely avoid them,. you may prefer to have rice in the day time, have dinner before 8 pm have ample amounts of vegetables , dals , avoid sugar , refined and packaged foods

You need to go for a diet alteration and control on sugar levels also with proper dietary alteration than eating healthy food that will help you can consult a nutritionist regarding that will assist you with a good diet plan which will help in maintaining your sugar levels through and through your pregnancy without any medicine
