Q.

Now I'm 9months pregnant is frequent urination normal & as well as I'm gtng seviar lower back pain

A. Yes it’s Normal as due to pressure on the bladder the frequency of urination increases and for lower back pain taur hot water bag abd sleep on side instead of sleeping on back and use little hard bed and avoid forward bending

A. hi yes it happens but better to inform your gynecologist for once. keep your self well hydrated wear loose fitting Cotton clothes don't sit or stand for long period take a support while sitting or place pillow between your legs which definitely help to get relief in pain or use Babyhug heating pad which can also help to sast
