Now he is 11 months old, when ever he eating fruits like papaya, carret,and mini meals like idly ... he is not getting digestion... as he doing potty as he eaten... kindly suggest is there is any issue . are any medicine need to follow

it Is only in the situation of papaya, carrots, and idly...
if it is general symptoms in baby's . or any abnormality
