now dhruvi's weight is around 5kg so it's sufficient or anything?

A. Weight of infants depends on the birth weight in the initial years. Ideally, baby should gain 140-200 gms per week and by 5th month, it should double the birth weight. Keep feeding milk in every 3-4 hours.In 4 months, it should be between 6 to 6.5 kgs for baby girl.
