Q.
Now am 30weeks of carring.some time i feels heavyweight on lower abdomen and pelvic region.and feels like vagina became open.. there is no pain or any discharge..is it normal ??

It is always advisable that you have a physical examination once .it could just be Braxton Hicks contractions or it could also be shortening of cervical length.
So always better to check once
