not able to get the breast milk....have tried shatavari powder, duwa, methi....but no improvement

Try plenty of fluids and a protein rich diet if that helps you then nothing like it apart from the supplements that you are taking and if nothing is helping then I am just going to tell you to go for formula feeding stop beating around yourself by trying to increase your feeding if nothing is helping you can go for a lot of women cannot produce milk
