#nostretchmarkschallenge hi doctor my wife is having stretch marks. how effective is the bio oil and how to use it to get good benefit. or is there any other product which can help reduce stretch marks.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. na problem in applying any oil including coconut oil also the stretch marks they will fade away to some extent with passing of time but it is not possible for total disappearance

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi yes ,it is good. your wife should massage this part with this oil daily before taking bath ,it will help to make skin Healthy and tight. she can use home prepared scrub (made up of almond oil + few drops of lemon juice+ sugar ) ,it will also help to reduce the scars.
