A. for normal delivery You need to start with squats . but first consult with your doctor for examination and to know if any risk factors . regular daily walking is very helpfull

A. Hello my dear parent! Try yoga meditation for better physical and mental health. Start walking for at least half an hour twice daily. Include seasonal foods and vegetables, vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in your daily diet. Speak to your doctor for further guidance.
