A. Dear ma’am, most importantly hydrate well. In addition to plain water consume buttermilk, fresh fruit juices, tender coconut water, clear soups etc. step up your vegetable intake slowly to 250gms atleast per day. Avoid oily, fatty and fried foods. Restrict too much of coffee/tea intake
