Q.

normal breast feeding time 15-20 min one side, kehate hai, but mera 7-10min may hi so jata hai, ek time par one side hi dudh pita hai , is this normal,uska nourishment thik se hoga ?

A. I have actually one side feed is enough for the child and it’s misconception where people feel that you have to feed from both the sides and 10 to 15 minutes is a very good time that your child is taking feed for the child sleep child efficiently that’s why the child goes to sleep
