no lotion can make fair .. yea but try aveeno baby daily moisture loction for soften the skin and for the better results..

You should post your question properly with all the necessary details so I know and understand what are you willing to ask and you can use any good brand of your choice but nothing is going to make the skin fair it is just going to make it more moisturised
