no lotion can make fair ..yea but try aveeno baby daily moisture loction for soften the skin and better results ..

Yes no cream and lotion can make the child fair and you should prefer using good body products for the child which is going to help retaining moisturising in this skin and that is what is important at the end of the day because every complexion has its own beauty
