#newborn my newborn baby girl got small pimples all over her face .. is that reaction from something or what.. plz help

A. It could be due to some medication if you’re using any imprecise because sometimes these medications can generate heat in the body which can lead to this kind of an issue Tu maybe Dad could possibly be the reason with your child as well
