Nestle Apple cerelac i m giving to my 7th months child.. is it healthy or recommendable or no?

A. I would suggest, best is to offer home made baby food, porridge, home made cerelac. packages baby food are just loaded with sugar and not healthy. Avoid commercial preparations as they are loaded with sugar and preservatives.
